This Privacy Policy explains how Mingo Global Pte Ltd (“Mingo Global”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) accesses, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with Mingo Global Automation, our internal business automation system.
Mingo Global Automation is used by authorised Mingo Global users to automate internal administrative workflows, including workflows involving business emails, business documents, and related operational records.
Application Covered by This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to Mingo Global Automation, including automations operated through n8n and connected Google services such as Gmail and Google Drive.
Mingo Global Automation is an internal system. It is not offered as a public consumer application.
Google User Data Accessed by Mingo Global Automation
With authorisation from approved Mingo Global users, Mingo Global Automation may access Google user data necessary to operate internal business workflows. Depending on the workflow configured, this may include:
Gmail data, such as email message metadata, sender and recipient information, subject lines, message content, attachments, labels, and related email records.
Google Drive data, such as file names, file metadata, document content, folder information, and files selected or made available for authorised workflow processing.
Google account identity information, such as the authorised user’s email address, where needed to identify the authorised account and operate the workflow.
Mingo Global Automation only requests access to Google user data that is required for the internal business workflow being performed.
How Google User Data Is Used
Mingo Global Automation uses Google user data only to provide and operate authorised internal business workflows for Mingo Global Pte Ltd. These uses may include:
Reading and processing business emails for administrative workflow automation.
Extracting information from authorised emails, attachments, or documents for internal business processing.
Creating, updating, moving, or organising authorised files and records in Google Drive.
Routing business information to approved internal systems or authorised workflow destinations.
Monitoring, troubleshooting, securing, and maintaining the automation system.
Google user data is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
How Google User Data Is Shared
Google user data accessed by Mingo Global Automation is not sold.
Google user data is not shared with third parties except where necessary to operate authorised internal business workflows, comply with legal obligations, protect our rights or systems, or use service providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
Where Google user data is processed through n8n or related infrastructure, it is used only to run the authorised workflows configured by Mingo Global Pte Ltd.
How Google User Data Is Stored and Protected
Mingo Global takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect Google user data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Access to Mingo Global Automation and connected Google user data is limited to authorised personnel and authorised systems that require access for internal business workflow purposes.
OAuth tokens, credentials, workflow data, logs, and related records are stored only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and audit the automation system.
Data Retention and Deletion
Google user data is retained only for as long as necessary for the internal business purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
When Google user data is no longer needed for those purposes, Mingo Global will delete it or de-identify it in accordance with applicable operational, legal, and security requirements.
Authorised users may request disconnection of Google account access or deletion of relevant Google user data by contacting Mingo Global using the contact details below.
Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Mingo Global Automation’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Mingo Global Automation does not use Google user data to serve advertisements, does not sell Google user data, and does not allow humans to read Google user data except where necessary for security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, user-authorised support, or operation of the authorised internal business workflow.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our systems, workflows, legal requirements, or data handling practices.
If we make material changes to how Mingo Global Automation accesses, uses, stores, or shares Google user data, we will update this Privacy Policy before using Google user data in the new way.
